Fees and how VolaPilot earns

Demo trading
VolaPilot does not charge money for Demo contracts. Demo funds are virtual and cannot be withdrawn.
Real contract markup
Eligible Real contracts may include an application markup configured through Deriv. Depending on the contract type, it can affect the amount charged, potential payout or resulting profit. VolaPilot will show the applicable information with the final live contract economics before purchase.
Partner commission
When a customer creates an eligible Deriv account using VolaPilot's referral route, Deriv may pay VolaPilot partner commission from that customer's qualifying activity. This does not make VolaPilot a representative of Deriv and does not change the trader's responsibility for each decision.
Future paid features
Some advanced tools may later require a clearly priced subscription or entitlement. VolaPilot will show the price and obtain approval before activating any paid feature. No subscription is currently created merely by connecting a Deriv account.
Reporting questions
For questions about a displayed contract price or payout, verify the contract in Deriv first and contact support@volapilot.com with non-sensitive details. Never send a password, OTP, API token or complete financial document by email.
