Using VolaPilot
You must be at least 18, legally able to use Deriv and legally permitted to use this type of service where you live. Access may be limited or suspended for security, maintenance, misuse, legal requirements or an upstream service interruption.
Demo-first trading
New sessions start in Deriv Demo. Selecting a Real account makes the trading controls use real money immediately. Real trades may lose the full stake, so verify the account, contract, stake and live price before submitting. You must not bypass safety controls, submit another person's credentials, automate abusive traffic or use the service for unlawful activity.
No financial advice or performance promise
Market scans, setup-fit scores, historical patterns, coaching and practice results are informational tools. They are not financial advice, a predicted probability, or a guarantee of profit. You remain responsible for every decision.
Relationship with Deriv
VolaPilot is independently operated. It is not owned, operated or endorsed by Deriv. The service connects to Deriv through its API and may participate in Deriv's API markup and partner programmes. Deriv login, market data and contracts remain governed by Deriv's own terms. Interruptions or changes in those services may affect availability.
How VolaPilot earns
Eligible contracts may include a Deriv API application markup, and VolaPilot may receive partner commission when an eligible referred customer trades. Review the final price, payout and fee information before purchasing. Deriv calculates applicable amounts; compensation never makes a trade more likely to win.
Availability and execution
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Software, networks, browsers and external APIs can fail. A requested order is not an accepted contract. Deriv's account record is authoritative, and an unresolved order must be checked before another order is submitted.
Trading losses and VolaPilot's responsibility
You accept responsibility for deciding whether, when and how much to trade. VolaPilot is not responsible for losses caused by market outcomes, your trading choices, Deriv's acceptance or settlement of a contract, or systems outside VolaPilot's reasonable control. VolaPilot remains responsible where applicable law does not allow that responsibility to be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms removes a mandatory consumer right.
Feedback
You may provide product feedback voluntarily. We use it to improve VolaPilot. We publish feedback only with consent, remove identifying details where practical, identify the public section as curated, and allow publication consent to be withdrawn through Support. Feedback is never rewarded based on its rating or sentiment.
Community and support
Official VolaPilot Telegram and email channels provide product updates and support, not private trading signals or guaranteed outcomes. VolaPilot will never ask for your Deriv password, OTP or account token in a chat, channel or email. External messages require an owner approval record.
